Our essential therapeutic service provides vulnerable people with hope. We deliver nearly 12,000 appointments a year, which continues to rise. We do all of this without waiting lists, thresholds or judgement, meaning we must be there for every mind, everywhere.
Interested in joining our mission? Our Volunteer Mental Health Mentor roles are open to apply for, which requires remote working and flexible hours, to compliment your lifestyle - we are always expanding the team to support the people we work with!
If you're educated up to degree level or equivalent in a field of psychology or related mental health field and have experience in helping people, get in touch. If you're looking for other roles, or for paid employment, let us know.
If you'd like to Volunteer at our Wellbeing Festival, please fill out our contact form.

Why work with Arthur Ellis?
Our charity gives people fast, expert mental health support when they need it most. With NHS waiting lists exceeding 1,399 days, many are left without help in crucial moments. The longer this takes, the more that person can lose elements of themselves - friendships, hobbies - even work and housing become at greater risk.
Our average wait time for support is 4 days and we make a real difference.
By working together, we can ensure mental health support is accessible, inclusive and reliable.
