Workplace Wellbeing Education

What Is Workplace Education & Training?

Do you want your colleagues to have a greater understanding of their wellbeing? Boost team connections and learn how they can support each other?

Have tools to build resilience and positive coping strategies?

This is what we cover!

As a result of our award-winning training, we are the British Quality Foundation’s exclusive partner in mental health, with their Patron, HRH Royal.

Our training operates across Europe, supporting organisations that all face different challenges. Find out more about how we can support your organisation below.

Early Interventions and Prevention

Our Early Intervention sessions are all about how to keep ourselves well.

Using our Bananas and Doughnuts framework, we take people through how we can understand and prevent mental health challenges, manage them or generally improve how we feel to be the best selves we can be.

We understand how challenging it can be working in high pressure environments and sometimes, people need extra support to perform at their best.

Leading Wellbeing Initiatives

Wellbeing is more than just self-care. There are strategic challenges when looking to make wellbeing purposfully across an organisation.

With a combination of continuous improvement and postivie behaviour, we work with organisations to develop strategies to improve culture, wellbeing and performance.

We get involved with your people to understand the simple, cost effective strategic changes required to improve wellbeing overall.

Often, wellbeing initiatives aren't targeted enough, leading the them to not be as effective as they could be. We use our expertise and your teams to develop plans that will engage, inspire and improve the wellbeing of your colleagues.

Wellbeing Conversations Podcast

Wellbeing and mental health affect everyone. It needs to be inclusive.

Drop down days for a business can be expensive, time consuming and disruptive. It becomes even more of a challenge when there is shift working, remote working or roles where people travel.

To make sure everyone can access the same materials in a way that suits them, we developed Wellbeing Conversations; a bespoke internal training podcast that can be used to inform, upskill and provinde colleagues with strategies to improve their wellbeing and mental health.
