Meaningful Change

We're doing some really wonderful things; in the last year (on average) we increased the emotional literacy of young people in Schools by 13% and, across the GP & NHS partnerships we have, made increases by 7% in under 10's, 18% for adolescents and 11% for adults. For context, a meaningful increase for adults is 10%, and for children who are still developing this literacy, a meaningful increase is 5%.  On average, we see people within 4 days of their referral to us.

The voices on this page are from real people who have been through difficult times. Every story is different but they all show the same thing - timely mental health support can change lives. These are the voices of people who found hope when they thought they had none. They all found someone who listened, cared and gave them the support they needed to feel better.
