Hello to all of our amazing clients!
First and foremost, thank you for being part of our journey in providing accessible mental health support across the UK. Taking a step towards prioritizing your wellbeing through our services is incredibly brave, and we’re honoured you’ve trusted Arthur Ellis as part of that process.
Speaking of showing up for our community, we have an exciting announcement…

Given the scale of our growing charity as well as the increase in need of those we support, it's time for us to upgrade and elevate our system. This comes with some much-needed benefits and evolutions in the support we can offer to people:
Arthur Ellis are moving to Zanda; a clinical healthcare software with built-in video-calling. This will remove some connectivity issues from both sides making for a smoother session, both for our Mentors and those accessing support.
All clients will be moved across to their own, personal client portal on Zanda where they can manage their own appointment bookings with us, including cancellations and rebookings. A link for this as well as your next session will be sent out in due course.
This change will be made on Monday 6th October 2025 where we will pause all referrals for one working week and reopen them Monday 13th October 2025. If you need to refer another person to us from 6th October, please speak to us on 13th October to access help. If the referrals cannot wait and that person is in crisis, please call 999.
What do you need to do?
Nothing. We will migrate your data over safely and securely, with the help of our Zanda partners. The only thing that that you will need to be aware of, is to ensure you have your portal credentials to access your sessions with us. Should you have any questions on this, please let us know at hello@arthurellismhs.com.
I'm sure it's no surprise to you that since the pandemic, those accessing our services has increased by 806%, and this figure continues to rise. Adapting to support the most vulnerable in our community is needed and as ever, we are grateful for your support in partnering with us to achieve this.
This change brings us one step closer to achieving our mission - to help the estimated 1.7 million people across the UK who struggle to access support, without long waits or high thresholds.
We’re committed to making prioritizing mental health as effortless and effective for you as possible. If any other questions come up, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
