Young Person Referral

This section is for individuals aged 8 to 25. If you or your child are facing challenges, you don’t have to face them alone. We understand how difficult it can be to feel lost, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. It might seem like your emotions are too much to bear or that asking for help won’t make a difference, but it will. We’re here to listen, offer support, and help you discover real ways to feel better.

No problem is too small, and no struggle is too big. Whether you have been finding things tough for a while or are just starting to feel low, reaching out is a brave step. You deserve to be heard and supported, and we will be with you every step of the way.

Refer Yourself

If you are over the age of 18 and need support, you can refer yourself to our services. We know that asking for help can feel scary, but you are not alone. Reaching out is a brave step, and we are here to listen, understand, and support you in a way that works for you. If you are ready, you can start the process yourself, and we will be here to guide you every step of the way.

Access Support for Your Child

We understand that as a parent, it can be overwhelming to find the right support for your child. We simplify the process, ensuring your child receives the help they need quickly and with minimal stress.

There are two ways you can support your child in accessing the help they need. You can either make a Self Referral, where you directly reach out to us on your child’s behalf, or an External Referral, which can be made through your child’s school, GP, or local authority. Both options are designed to ensure that your child receives timely and appropriate support tailored to their needs.

External Referral

If your child’s school, GP, or local authority refers them to our services, their sessions will be free (unless you'd like to donate). We work closely with these organisations to make sure children and young people can access support without financial barriers. If you believe your child needs help, speak to their school, doctor, or local authority about making a referral to Arthur Ellis.

If you have been referred, we will reach out to you.
